With the weather on this Canada Day weekend, we considered buying a turkey and pretending it was Thanksgiving. Our friends Marnie and Andrew came with their daughters Amelia and Isabelle to spend the long weekend. This picture was taken shortly after they arrived, with the kids bundled in blankets and Marnie checking the quickly falling water temperature. Despite some wind, some rain, and some chilly weather for most of the weekend, a great time was had by all!

Canada Day.....or Thanksgiving?
With the weather on this Canada Day weekend, we considered buying a turkey and pretending it was Thanksgiving.
